Clearer touch controls

A clearer landscape interface on phones: closed drawers at entry, one drawer at a time, and space to see the sea.

Chat and Inventory start closed on touch devices. Opening one closes the other.
A compact phone Menu keeps profile shortcuts available without filling the top of the screen.
Phone status readouts, action buttons and side tabs have separate positions. Inventory items use four scrollable columns.

Landscape phone controls now respect screen cutouts and leave the centre available for sailing. The top menu also contains the existing touch and screen guide.

The Inventory keeps touch-sized item slots and scrolls to the remaining items. Chat opens separately from the side drawer, while desktop startup behaviour is preserved.

The memory improvements from 0.17.8 remain in place. A player confirmed world entry on their iPhone after that update. This follow-up changes interface layout, not graphics resolution or gameplay values.
