Version 0.21.3 is verified on Europa and the Steam default branch. This article describes the corresponding gameplay and interface changes.

Entering the Wilderness from outside it asks for confirmation before travel continues. Leaving it for a god region and moving between Wilderness regions do not ask for entry confirmation. No, close or Escape declines the crossing. You may choose Don’t show this message again and then Yes to remember that choice for this captain on this device. It does not remove the Wilderness combat and item-loss rules.

The regional loading fix addresses a first-view preparation stall that could remain at 99% after all assets had loaded. It preserves the destination asset and admission checks. Entry confirmation is shown only once the current-region view is ready; accepting starts destination loading.

Every successful regional arrival and teleport grants 15 seconds of Safe arrival protection against incoming player and NPC damage and aggression. This includes passage crossings, god and boss portals, T/home travel, tutorial transfers and respawn, including a home or respawn trip within the same region. The shield above the action bar shows the remaining seconds and disappears when the timer ends. Any attack attempt, including an attack from the social menu, a hook, an offensive spell or a Captain special, ends it immediately even if the attempt is rejected. Ordinary login or reconnect does not grant or restart protection.

The HUD reads the server-provided protection deadline. A delayed status snapshot cannot bring back protection that an attack has just consumed. A fresh arrival receives its own countdown.

This update also includes the 0.21.2 sailing changes. Sea and minimap clicks retain immediate feedback, while identical destinations in an unchanged navigation context can reuse the route proposal. Compatible queued regional sailing clicks can share work without reordering combat, other actions or transfers.

Choosing a new destination cancels an older pending salvage, treasure, harbour, quest or Follower visit. Chart auto-travel follows the same rule. Pirate Premium icon travel, ordinary chart waypoints, passage-arrow chart browsing and the server-authorised loot action retain their existing behaviour.

Sailing speed, ship statistics, combat formulas, fishing chances and treasure rewards are unchanged. Local route-work checks are not a live latency, FPS or player-capacity result. Desktop launcher 0.16.5 is unchanged.
