Centered regional charts

The full map keeps each region’s playable waters centered, without shifting the view to fit distant boundary rocks.

The default full-map view is centered on the playable region in all nine regions.
Decorative boundary rocks may extend beyond the chart edge.
Windows Alt-Tab: removed the compatibility setting associated with duplicate game previews.

Version 0.22.0 is verified on Europa and the Steam default branch.

The default regional chart uses the playable region as its frame. Outlying decorative rocks no longer shift the center or force a wider view; zooming in retains the existing player-centered view.

This changes how the full chart is framed. It does not move islands, passages, services or players in the world.

Steam launcher 0.16.7 removes the Windows compatibility setting associated with duplicate game previews. Verification on the player’s PC is still pending. The standalone installer is unchanged.

Bosses remain temporarily paused and the public limit stays at 100. No balance, reward, bot-test or capacity change is included.
