Combine 20 identical Artifact Scrolls into one next-step scroll: Common → Rare → Epic → Legendary → Common of the next tier. Combining costs no Coins.
Legendary equipment + one Common Artifact Scroll of the next tier + 5,000 Coins becomes Common equipment of that next tier. For example, a Legendary T1 Cannon becomes a Common T2 Cannon.
Recycle equipment even when your skill level is too low to equip it. The existing recycling rewards remain the same.

Existing Common Artifact Scrolls are used. The old free Common-to-Rare exchange is replaced by the 20-to-1 combination. Scrolls must match both tier and rarity.

Tier upgrades preserve the item identity. Fitted gear stays equipped when you meet the new requirement; otherwise it moves into your hold. Equipping and ordinary rarity upgrades retain their skill requirements.

T9 Legendary is the final scroll step; equipment at T9 cannot advance another tier. Packed or damaged inputs retain their existing restrictions.

Premium pays the same 5,000 Coins for a tier upgrade. Drop rates, equipment bonuses, map and calibration are unchanged.
